Mrs. Longo called the meeting to order and explained procedures for the evening.
CASE NO. 3409– JOHN PAUL LLC – INTERVALE ROAD

Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement into the record.
Attorney Betters, representing the petitioner, said this is a pre-existing non-conforming lot. Alpine Road was improved through the Planning Board process. It was determined during that process that the road was to remain gravel.
Mr. Bracken, Bracken Engineering, said that the site is served by well water not pubic water. Two hundred and fifty feet of Summit Road will be improved. The drainage problems will be corrected. Each lot is large enough to have a well and septic.

CASE NO. 3410 – JOHN PAUL LLC – SUMMIT ROAD
Sitting: A. Wendy Longo, Robert Richard, William Keohan, David Peck, and Michael Main.
Mr. Richard read the legal advertisement for the Summit Road case into the record and both Cases were discussed at the same time.
Attorney Betters said that the open space issue was addressed at the public hearing with the Planning Board. The petitioner has offered to donate the open space to the Town. The Town has Town Counsel looking into how to take title.
Both hearings closed.
